Opera Elettrica is Fibernet’s flagship machine, combining advanced engineering and electronic control. It delivers 146 lbf (650 N) of constant pushing force with a 292 lbf (1300 N) peak, while its fully electric system directs all compressor air into the duct for better blowing performance and operation even with smaller compressors.

146 lbf CONSTANT PUSHING FORCE

Opera Elettrica delivers 146 lbf (650 N) of constant pushing force, with a 292 lbf (1300 N) peak for three seconds, providing the extra power required to overcome difficult obstacles during installation and reach longer distances.

FULLY ELECTRIC SYSTEM

Opera Elettrica is powered entirely by electric motors, allowing all compressor air to be directed into the duct for better blowing performance and operation even with smaller compressors. Powered by 3 × 18V 5Ah Milwaukee batteries, it provides up to 2.5 miles of installation per charge, extendable to over 6.2 miles with optional 12Ah batteries.

ULTIMATE ELECTRONIC CONTROL

Opera Elettrica features the highest level of electronic control over the installation process. The operator can set the pushing force independently from the speed — a unique feature of Fibernet machines. When resistance increases, the machine automatically reduces speed while maintaining the set pushing force, protecting the cable and helping it pass difficult sections.

Precise adjustment of maximum thrust and belt clamping force via a 4.3-inch display, with real-time monitoring of the pushing force and automatic detection of cable slippage on the belts for safe and efficient installation.

REVERSE FUNCTION

A dedicated button allows the operator to instantly reverse the pushing direction, enabling controlled cable retraction when needed.

INTEGRATED ELECTRIC MINI COMPRESSOR

Opera Elettrica features a built-in electric mini-compressor. This allows operators to open and close the belts without using the external compressor and, when needed, to clean ducts using sponges, making preparation and setup faster and more efficient.

INSTALLATION REPORTING WITH FIBERNET APP

The machine connects to the Fibernet App, allowing installers to record installation parameters and automatically generate detailed installation reports. These reports can be shared with clients or project managers as documentation and proof of the completed installation.

Auxiliary air outlet

This auxiliary air outlet allows operators to perform pressure testing, duct cleaning, and lubrication without using the tube adapter. It can also assist the reverse function by using air to help facilitate cable retraction when necessary.

Super airtight pressure chamber

The pressure chamber features a sealing system uniquely designed by Fibernet, ensuring exceptional airtightness and virtually eliminating air leakage for maximum blowing performance.

A CASE THAT BECOMES
A SUPPORT STAND

Opera’s case is designed to protect the machine during transport, including air travel, and becomes a support stand during work operations.

High-precision meter counter.

A high-precision electronic meter counter with 4,096 pulses per revolution, ensuring extremely accurate cable length measurement in both directions, with real-time installation data displayed on the screen.

MONOBLOCK ALUMINIUM CHASSIS

The machine is built with a single-piece aluminium chassis, ensuring high structural strength and long-term reliability. This design maintains perfect alignment over time, guaranteeing consistent performance, stability, and durability.
